The Role

• Constructing and erecting overhead power lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV).
• Performing maintenance and inspections on German overhead power line networks.
• Using machinery and equipment in a professional manner.
• Contributing to the successful implementation of the energy transition.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a craft or trade background (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffolder, locksmith, electrician).
• Ability to work at heights and physical fitness, with German language proficiency.
• Open to career changers with manual dexterity, even without formal training.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and a high willingness to travel weekly (Monday-Thursday), including overnight stays.
• Independent work style, reliability, and teamwork skills.
