Job Description

We are seeking an Engineer II IAM Controls Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python application development, SQL/database design, API development, UI development (React, Angular, or Streamlit), and Agentic AI technologies, and a proven ability to design and deliver AI-enabled applications that enhance IAM controls, analytics, governance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Python applications, APIs, and data services supporting IAM controls and analytics.


• Develop dashboards and UI components using React, Angular, or Streamlit to enable governance and operational insights.


• Implement database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to support entitlement analysis and reporting.


• Integrate Large Language Models and Agentic AI frameworks to automate workflows and recommendations for control enforcement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python for application and automation development.


• Expertise in SQL and database design, including schema modeling and performance tuning.


• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.


• UI development experience with React, Angular, or Streamlit.


• Hands-on experience designing and developing AI-enabled applications using LLMs and Agentic AI technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with IAM platforms, controls design, and entitlement governance.


• Experience with reporting tools, cloud services, and AI-driven recommendation engines for control automation.
