An innovative and rapidly growing life sciences organization is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth throughout California and the Western United States. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in the bioprocess or biopharmaceutical industry who enjoys developing new business, growing strategic customer relationships, and delivering high-value technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with new and existing bioprocessing clients throughout the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while increasing market share within existing accounts.
- Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations that address customer manufacturing and process challenges.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Manage sales opportunities, forecasting, and customer activity through CRM.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, sample requests, quotations, and customer follow-up.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Sales, Business or related field) or equivalent work experience
- Science background required; bioprocess background preferred
- Preferred 3-5 years of successful sales experience with a strong record of performance
- Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) platforms to manage pipelines, forecasts, and customer engagement.
- Strong communication, presentation, sales & negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50–55% throughout the territory.
