The Role

• Meet with business owners and families within your territory Monday through Thursday to discuss supplemental insurance needs.
• Educate prospects on how products bridge gaps in traditional health coverage.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales system, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating collective successes.
• Travel within your assigned territory throughout the week.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to control your income.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A coachable mindset, open to learning and following a proven system.
• Comfort and willingness to travel Monday–Thursday within your territory.
• Ability to obtain an insurance license (training and support provided).
• Must be 18 years or older.
