IT Retail Program Manager

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs for retail clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage cross-functional teams across business, IT, vendors, and third-party partners to deliver retail technology initiatives successfully.
• Drive retail technology programs involving OMS (Order Management System), ERP, e-commerce, inventory management, supply chain, CRM, and omnichannel solutions.
• Develop program roadmaps, project plans, budgets, resource allocation strategies, and governance frameworks to ensure effective program execution.
• Collaborate with retail business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, prioritize initiatives, and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Monitor program progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish program governance, steering committee reviews, executive reporting, KPIs, and status dashboards to communicate progress and support decision-making.
