Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer (Full-Time)

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Interview Process: 4 Rounds (One round will be conducted In-Person)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for enterprise applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
• Automate Web UI, API, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Perform manual testing for complex business scenarios where automation is not suitable.
• Validate APIs, backend data, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Review business requirements and technical designs to ensure complete test coverage.
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA best practices across teams.
• Track release readiness, quality metrics, testing progress, and production risks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Software QA / Test Automation experience
• Strong experience designing Automation Frameworks
• Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
• API Testing using Postman or similar tools
• Java OR JavaScript OR Python OR TypeScript
• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Regression Testing
• Functional Testing
• Integration Testing
• End-to-End Testing
• SDLC/STLC
• Jira
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
