QA Lead

This QA lead will need experience partnering with the vendors responsible for the implementation of the License Management System as well as internal executives, the CIO, Licensing Product Owner, Technical Lead and LMS Project Manager from vendor.

Responsibilities:

• Validate user stories, tasks, and software delivered by the LMS vendor
• Develop and manage the overall test plan
• Create test reports and document defects and results
• Plan, coordinate, and manage User Acceptance Testing for Phase 1
• Prepare the testing strategy and approach for Phase 2
• Partner with the CIO, Product Owner, Technical Lead, and vendor Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Strong QA leadership and software testing experience
• Experience testing SaaS or enterprise business applications
• Experience developing test plans and managing UAT
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
