Job Description

IT Specialist


  • Contract
  • £40-£50 per hour
  • Onsite – central London 5 days a week
  • 6 month initial contract
  • Okta | MDM | Google Workspace | Microsoft 365


SR2 is recruiting for a growing technology business looking for an IT Specialist to take ownership of their internal IT environment and support a highly technical workforce.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering identity and access management, device management, SaaS administration, IT support and automation, with plenty of opportunity to improve processes and tooling.


The Role

  • Manage Okta, identity/access and automated workflows
  • Manage devices using Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar MDM tooling
  • Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Zoom
  • Troubleshoot laptops, software, meeting rooms and connectivity issues
  • Manage device provisioning, deployment and IT assets
  • Automate manual IT processes and improve internal workflows
  • Maintain security best practices across endpoints and internal systems


Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in IT Support, IT Operations or Systems Administration
  • Strong Okta experience, ideally including Okta Workflows
  • Experience with Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
