Job Description

JOB : Systems / Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Lenoir, North Carolina 
Experience: Mid-to-Senior Level (L2/L3)
Work Mode: Onsite/Hybrid
Note: Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for IT infrastructure and enterprise environments.
  • Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtualization and virtual machine environments.
  • Administer and support Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and user administration.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
  • Handle escalations, root cause analysis, and infrastructure maintenance.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
  • Proven experience in L2/L3 infrastructure support.
  • Previous experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
