What You'll Be Doing

Engaging customers at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns
Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Introducing customers to products and services through face-to-face conversations
Answering questions and guiding customers through sign-up or purchase steps
Building rapport and delivering a positive customer experience
Working with a team toward shared sales goals
What We're Looking For

Comfortable staying friendly and composed in fast-paced, people-facing settings
Strong communication skills
A positive, approachable attitude
Self-motivated and eager to learn something new
Hospitality, restaurant, or hotel experience is a plus — not required
Able to work on-site in Washington, DC
