Job Description

Summary

This role serves as the primary execution resource for day-to-day marketing activities by coordinating content development, social media, internal communications, and administrative marketing tasks.

Duties

  • Format marketing collateral, project profiles, proposal support materials, and reference guides.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor content across social media and digital channels for five brand platforms. Enhance and grow company presence.
  • Protect and enhance company reputation by monitoring and generating online reviews.
  • Produce and distribute employee communications (RED Feed).
  • Collect and maintain marketing project data in the CRM for use in sales and collateral development.
  • Coordinate branded merchandise, promotional materials, sponsorship commitments, and event logistics.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and other creative projects.
  • Maintain website content, digital asset libraries, and branded templates.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing initiatives.
  • Support recruiting and employer branding initiatives through content development and communication campaigns.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and departmental reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s brand standards.
  • Identify public relations and marketing opportunities for the company.
  • Represent Kent Companies at industry networking events, trade shows and some recruitment/workforce development events as requested.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, management and/or 1-2 years of related experience in the AEC industry.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must have reliable transportation to the workplace(s)/ job location(s).
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check related to driving (for any driver)
  • Ability to pass drug screening.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity Unanet or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Experience in basic web editing, graphic design and/or video editing
  • Basic Spanish fluency (written)
