Job Description

Role : Sr. Business Analyst (Only w2)

Location : Washington, DC (Hybrid, 3 days working)

Required Experience:

  • Strong Business Analysis experience in Large Private Equity firms, or FS projects. 
  • Proven Scrum Master experience with Agile delivery teams
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience driving Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery coordination

 

Ideal Candidate : Senior-level BA with deep Financial Services or Private Equity domain expertise. Confident facilitator and stakeholder manager. Able to bridge business and technology teams while ensuring successful Agile delivery
