Job Description

Position Summary

The Master Data Governance & Systems Analyst will be responsible for documenting, mapping, and governing enterprise master data across core business platforms. This role will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, data engineers, application owners, and data stewards to establish and maintain master data standards, business rules, governance processes, and system-of-record ownership.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience documenting complex business processes and data flows, and a passion for improving data quality, governance, and operational efficiency. This position plays a critical role in supporting enterprise initiatives related to SAP, MDM, Snowflake, Salesforce, and other operational systems.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience with Oracle, Snowflake, Salesforce
  • Familiarity with data catalog, lineage, and metadata management tools.
  • Knowledge of data quality frameworks and governance operating models.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives.
