Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Model N and the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business requirements, optimize commercial operations, and support the implementation and enhancement of Model N solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, rebates, and revenue management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver Model N-based solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Support Model N implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and business process mapping.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Prepare business documentation, functional design documents, and training materials.
• Ensure solutions align with Life Sciences industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Model N.
• Extensive experience in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, rebates, chargebacks, and revenue management.
• Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating UAT and supporting production deployments.
