The Role • Prepare surfaces for coating, including readiness of tools, materials, and documentation. • Clean, activate, and mask surfaces to prepare them for subsequent processes. • Apply various coatings, adhesives, and sealants to surfaces. • Perform synchronized coating processes and apply technical signage and decorative films. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a Vehicle Painter, Coating Technician, or equivalent qualification. • Ability to integrate into a team, collaborate on tasks, and accept support. • Independent, focused, and responsible work ethic for long-term tasks. • Flexibility to perform varied tasks in changing work environments. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends and overtime.
