Regulatory Analyst / Finance Accounting

Together, we shape a more efficient, informed, and impactful public sector ecosystem. The FP&A Manager will work closely with the CFO to drive financial and strategic leadership across our business. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage the monthly budgeting, long-term planning, and financial operations.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Commercial leaders to oversee incentive compensation plans in our fast-growing business. Partner with the CFO to oversee and refine the internal financial model in partnership with senior leadership
Own the day-to-day execution of financial management processes such as forecasting, budget planning, KPI reporting
Provide financial analytical support to operations and sales as necessary. Establish, document, and implement procedures as necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, vlookups, etc. Knowledge of financial systems, Sage Intacct and Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
Ability to follow through on commitments and projects
Strong financial analysis skills
