Operations Manager (m/f/d) Vehicle Glass | Waldkraiburg, Germany | Hybrid We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for a leadership role within a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement. With a strong network of service centers and mobile units, we are committed to delivering safety, reliability, and the highest quality standards to our customers. The Role • Manage the technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards. • Oversee the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle handover. • Manage daily operations, including invoicing, cash handling, and order processing. • Implement quality assurance measures and ensure inventory and audit standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with experience as an automotive master, mechatronics technician, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to obtain or possession of the relevant operational management certification (e.g., HWK Betriebsleiterschein). • A valid Class B driver's license and strong German language skills. • Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer applications. • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong team orientation.
