Process & Systems Training Specialist

TD Synnex seeks a Process Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training that supports our cutting-edge software solutions. Partner with cross-functional IT and product teams to identify skill gaps, build role-based training paths, and track effectiveness with data-driven metrics. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver process and systems training for technical and business teams
• Analyze workflows and document clear, scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Translate complex IT and software processes into user-friendly training materials
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess skill gaps and define training needs
• Develop role-based learning paths and e-learning modules using an LMSMeasure training effectiveness using data and recommend continuous improvements
• Support process changes and new technology rollouts with targeted training
• Maintain up-to-date documentation aligned with evolving tools and practices
