Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Work Mode: Work from Office (Onsite)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ/CLM, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong Salesforce development background and experience designing and implementing scalable solutions supporting complex quote-to-contract and sales processes.
The consultant will work onsite in Pleasanton, CA and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver robust Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Implement and enhance Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, quote generation, approvals, and contract-related processes.
  • Develop and support CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) solutions and integrations across quote-to-contract workflows.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external/enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration patterns.
  • Design reusable and maintainable Apex and LWC components following Salesforce development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving Salesforce customizations, integrations, CPQ, and CLM processes.
  • Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet Salesforce standards around security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience working with CLM / Contract Lifecycle Management processes and solutions.
  • Strong development expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and the overall lead-to-quote/order/contract lifecycle.
  • Experience building Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and asynchronous integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, governor limits, and platform architecture.
  • Experience with source control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment processes.
  • Ability to independently analyze requirements, propose solutions, and own development through deployment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or relevant Salesforce CPQ certifications.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ/CLM with ERP, billing, finance, or other downstream systems.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
