Job Description

Introduction

International Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a talented MS Power Platform Developer to join our team in Herndon, VA. As a leading IT services company, we work with global clients to provide customized solutions in various areas of IT. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Solution Engineering: Design and deploy large-scale Microsoft Power Platform ecosystems for enterprise environments.
  • Custom Application Development: Build and refine canvas and model-driven applications.
  • Pro-Dev Extensibility: Extend platform limitations by engineering bespoke components and custom APIs.
  • Data Strategy & Migration Pipelines: Architect and oversee intricate ETL initiatives and system migrations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with digital consultants and Enterprise Architects to translate complex business objectives into technical plans.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Coach developers and establish code quality definitions.
  • Enterprise Integration: Oversee connectivity between Power Platform and legacy applications.
  • Analytics & Business Intelligence: Construct comprehensive business intelligence data models and interactive dashboards.
  • Quality Assurance & Delivery Governance: Spearhead code inspection routines and establish testing parameters.
  • Documentation & Governance: Author technical blueprints and implementation standards.
  • ALM & Release Automation: Establish continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Technological Modernization: Monitor Microsoft ecosystem for upcoming feature releases and drive the adoption of modern features.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of technical exposure to Microsoft Power Platform suite (Apps, Automate, Dataverse) in an enterprise setting.
