Role overview
The Senior Programmer/Analyst supports and enhances the company's legacy AS400 systems by designing, developing, and maintaining applications primarily using RPG and related technologies. This role focuses heavily on production support, troubleshooting user requests, and optimizing system performance while collaborating with business teams like Underwriting, Claims, and Finance
Top Required Skills:
  • AS400 / IBM i development (RPG / RPGLE)
  • Legacy system support & maintenance (production troubleshooting, enhancements)
  • SQL and database querying (nice to have)
  • COBOL experience (nice to have)
  • SDLC & multi-project management with strong cross-functional communication
