The Role • Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads. • Plan and schedule team activities, including field routes and necessary permit management. • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation and territory effectiveness. • Collaborate with local operations and installation teams to enhance brand presence. • Uphold compliance with local ordinances and regulations. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing or similar direct-to-consumer roles. • Proven experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, or field canvassing. • Demonstrated ability in recruiting, onboarding, and training field staff. • Capacity to work outdoors in various climates and adapt to evening/weekend schedules. • Strong multitasking skills and a proactive, accountable mindset.
