Title/Role: Project Manager

Location: Beachwood, OH (On-site)

Job Role

Responsible for leading complex programs and initiatives from conception through implementation, driving cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables. Leveraging your experience and leadership skills, you will manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

Specific Project Responsibilities: Execute acquisition controls remediation projects and programs.

· Redesign User Access roles; complete provisioning and other compliance related action items for acquisitions

· Create robust project plans for completion of User Access Roles

· Monitor, report out and ensure completion of other compliance related action items

· Lead controls process design advisory initiatives for acquisitions and divestitures; oversee implementation of controls process improvements, where needed.

· Advise on controls design, testing, and deployment for the company's key strategic IT system implementations.

· Leveraging strategic digital tools, such as Microsoft Power Platform applications and Artificial Intelligence technologies.

· Lead efforts to identify & implement concepts to further standardize/centralize/ automate IT controls activities.

· Facilitate periodic updates to align with evolving technology risk areas.

Track IT SOX documentation and evidence

Required Qualifications:                                                

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.

· 6-9 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and leadership.

· Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and drive resolution.

· Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, and Waterfall.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements and priorities.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience managing Controls/SOX/Role Redesign projects

· Oracle and/or MS Dynamics Systems experience

· Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

· Experience managing programs or projects in a technology, engineering, or product development environment.

· Knowledge of program/portfolio management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).

· Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices. Previous experience in leadership roles or managing cross-functional teams
