Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful management and control of commercial office fit-out projects across London.

This is a project and client-facing position, with a strong focus on programme control, stakeholder management, reporting and ensuring projects are delivered against agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for managing commercial office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.<br />Develop, manage and control project programmes.<br />Lead client, consultant and stakeholder meetings.<br />Coordinate the wider project team and ensure actions are driven through to completion.<br />Monitor project progress, costs, risks and key deliverables.<br />Manage project reporting and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.<br />Coordinate with the Construction Manager and site team to ensure the programme is being delivered.<br />Manage changes, variations and project issues.<br />Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality.<br />Drive successful completion, handover and close-out.Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial office fit-out projects.<br />Strong CAT A / CAT B experience.<br />Excellent programme and project control skills.<br />Strong client and stakeholder management experience.<br />Confident running project meetings and presenting project updates.<br />Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.<br />Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and commercial management.<br />Relevant construction qualification desirable.<br />London commercial fit-out experience highly desirable
