Job Summary

      Responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs

       Elicit and document detailed business requirements Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Support backlog refinement sessions to prioritize and clarify requirements Collaborate closely with stakeholders including business users and development teams Ensure delivered solutions align with business needs and objectives Conduct requirements analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Roles and Responsibilities          

       Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs Develop and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria Facilitate backlog refinement and prioritization activities Work closely with crossfunctional teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities Validate that implemented solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria Continuously communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates Support testing activities by providing clear acceptance criteria and reviewing test results

LA, CA 

• Local to LA

• Open to travel to Woodland Hills and Santa Monica Offices of UMG

• Solid exp as a tech BA and strong in business stake holder management

• Finance acumen in budgeting, forecasting, approval workflow, etc.

• Should be knowledgeable about the latest AI tools like Gemini Code Assist, GPT Luna, Sol, Terra and Nova-2-lite, , etc.

• Experience in working with offshore teams

• Knowledge in Power Platform will be a plus
