Location:
On-site with regular regional travel (10%), Portland Metro Area
Join a growing, mission-focused organization as a People Business Partner supporting multiple locations across a regional footprint. This role serves as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, helping drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and workforce planning.

Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, accommodations, and leave administration
Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies, employment law, and people-related challenges
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Collaborate with operational leaders and on-site administrative teams
Travel regularly to support assigned locations
5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HR Business Partner responsibilities
~ Strong background in employee relations, investigations, performance management, accommodations, and leave administration
~ Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
~ Ability and willingness to travel regularly
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed operations
