We are hiring on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced professional to join their team. This organisation is dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative therapies and is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

The Role

• Present and advise on innovative therapies and products within your specialized field.
• Build and maintain networks with medical professionals, hospital staff, and key decision-makers.
• Independently organize and conduct training sessions, presentations, and events.
• Analyze market data and competitor activities to inform sales strategy development.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a "Pharmareferent" (according to § 75 AMG) or a degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine.
• Solid knowledge of the described responsibilities and a passion for sales and consulting in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
• Independent, structured work style, team player, and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (Class B).
