Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive, immediately available Marketing Administrator to support my client's marketing team with a range of administrative, event, and marketing coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with suppliers, external contacts, and project stakeholders.
  • Research venues and obtain quotations for marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage diary bookings.
  • Arrange photographers and drone operators for project photography and videography.
  • Prepare, print, and collate exhibition materials and marketing brochures.
  • Organise and distribute branded merchandise, client gifts, and staff clothing.
  • Gather project imagery and information for case studies and award submissions.
  • Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assist with creating and reformatting PowerPoint presentations in line with brand guidelines.
  • Optimise PDF documents for website use, including adding internal and external hyperlinks.
  • Test and check website links and page functionality prior to publication.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident communicator with experience liaising with suppliers and external contacts.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
