Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive, immediately available Marketing Administrator to support my client's marketing team with a range of administrative, event, and marketing coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities

Liaise with suppliers, external contacts, and project stakeholders.
Research venues and obtain quotations for marketing events and exhibitions.
Coordinate meetings and manage diary bookings.
Arrange photographers and drone operators for project photography and videography.
Prepare, print, and collate exhibition materials and marketing brochures.
Organise and distribute branded merchandise, client gifts, and staff clothing.
Gather project imagery and information for case studies and award submissions.
Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Assist with creating and reformatting PowerPoint presentations in line with brand guidelines.
Optimise PDF documents for website use, including adding internal and external hyperlinks.
Test and check website links and page functionality prior to publication.

Skills & Experience

Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confident communicator with experience liaising with suppliers and external contacts.
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
