Hybrid role 2–3 days/week - Meriden, CT

Hiring for Senior IT Project Manager (M&A integrations, site separations, or TSA exits)  - 12 months contract

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: IT Project Management experience managing complex infrastructure transitions, M&A integrations, site separations, or TSA exits.

Domain Knowledge:
Strong exposure to manufacturing/industrial plant environments, including familiarization with PLCs, manufacturing line IT/OT, and site-level application stacks.
Comprehensive background across full-stack IT infrastructure: network, server compute/storage, local file shares, end-user hardware/desktops, and enterprise applications.
Methodology & Tools: Proficiency in Project Management frameworks (PMP/Agile), MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent project tracking tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, vendor negotiation, and risk mitigation abilities in high-stakes environment transitions.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
Prior experience managing divestiture, acquisition, or TSA offboarding projects within Life Sciences, Biotech, or Manufacturing sectors.
