Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Dairy

Location: Minster, Ohio (Onsite)

Contract: 6-9+ months.

Experience: 15+ years

 

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
"To act as single point of contact (SPOC) between Client Engineering (Global MNC in Dairy Sector) for defining the project engineering requirement, engineering resource planning, planning for design required for the upcoming Capex Dairy Plant Expansion projects in Europe Region (portfolio of project at Brown Field sites) and other geographies."

"The Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Dairy Technology / Dairy Engineering will provide technical leadership and domain expertise for dairy processing facilities and projects. The role involves supporting conceptualization, process design, technology selection, engineering reviews buildings & MEP services for dairy manufacturing plants. The SME will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, equipment suppliers, and project stakeholders to deliver efficient engineering design for dairy processing plants."

Qualification:
• Bachelor''s Degree/ Master''s Degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering
• 15-20 years of experience in dairy manufacturing, dairy engineering, or dairy consulting.
• "Proven experience in design, commissioning, or operation of dairy processing facilities.
• Successful delivery of dairy engineering projects."
• "Experience with multinational dairy companies, engineering consultants,
• EPC organizations, or dairy equipment manufacturers are preferred."
