The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Represent the company with pride, providing first-class service and valuable advice. • Enjoy independence and variety in your day-to-day work. • Work within a 40-hour week with core hours and occasional Saturday availability. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving license with fewer than 6 points. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
