Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support critical government and intelligence programs by analyzing IT requirements, system architectures, and integration efforts. This role provides technical leadership across system design, development, and deployment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex IT requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and evaluate system architectures for government and intelligence programs
• Lead integration efforts to ensure seamless system interoperability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the system development lifecycle
• Develop and maintain system documentation including requirements, design, and test plans
• Support system testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with requirements
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or related IT roles
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
• Experience with system architecture design and analysis
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
