Job Description

We re Hiring: Compute / Virtualization Engineer
Location: USA
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage Windows Server and Hyper-V clusters.
Work on failover clustering, live migration, storage, and network architecture.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, patching, upgrades, and compliance using PowerShell, WMI, and PowerShell DSC.
Maintain and enhance C# / .NET 8-based workload management platforms.
Perform performance benchmarking, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
Execute rolling upgrades and production changes with minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot complex virtualization, storage, and networking issues.
Collaborate with hardware engineering and cross-functional infrastructure teams.
Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Windows Server and Hyper-V.
Expertise in PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
Knowledge of failover clustering, storage, networking, and performance optimization.
Experience with C#/.NET, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Enterprise-scale Hyper-V experience is a strong advantage!
