Sytem Engineer

Role: System Engineer + IT/OT + transportation + Infra (microwave)
Location: Albany, NY - Onsite
Duration: 24 Months + Contract

•84 months of experience in IT, systems engineering, and operational technology specifically in an architect or lead systems engineer role.
•84 months of experience with IT/OT Convergence that integrates OT systems (like traffic signals) with modern IT systems (cloud databases, data lakes, and enterprise analytics).
•72 months experience designing secure architectures that isolate sensitive OT control networks from corporate IT networks
•72 months of experience designing and implementing hybrid cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or private clouds) that ingest massive streams of real-time data.
•60 months of experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices, including Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras, Road Weather Information Systems (RWIS), and vehicle detection systems (radar, microwave, loop detectors).
•48 months of experience managing a team consisting of solution architects, data architects, and/or business/systems analysts
•48 months of experience evaluating, selecting, and managing hardware and software vendors, ensuring they adhere to Federal and/or State Policies and Standards.
