Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, ITSM modules, integrations, scripting, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and business processes.

• Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management modules.

• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.

• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer solutions.

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and production support.

• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

• Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Catalog Items.

• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer and ServiceNow workflows.

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management.

• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.

• Experience with ITOM, ITOM Discovery, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus.

• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and MID Server is preferred.
