Job Description

Citizen
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI clearance with polygraph The Expeditionary Operations Support (EOS) Group trains SIGINT professionals to support requirements for rotational, expeditionary deployment positions in support of crisis, contingency, and campaign operations – worldwide. The SIGINT Analytic Support to Military Operations (SASMO) Program trains SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA), Target Digital Network Analysis (TDNA) analysts and Operational ELINT Analysts supporting worldwide expeditionary military operations via adaptable and relevant multi-week courses using the most-current tools and tradecraft.

Job Description

  • Perform all activities involved with Quality Assurance
  • Provide physical audits for quality assurance compliance to standards for program end items as described by documentation and drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize provided objectives to ensure training material meets objective criteria.
  • Create, maintain, and update lesson plans as needed.
  • Collaborate on existing training programs and blended learning implementation strategies; creation and maintenance of lesson plans and course material as needed.
  • Provide quality assurance/control on design plans and instructional materials; creating professional level presentation materials.
  • Instruct on a lesson-by-lesson basis, regularly participate in meetings requiring close interactions with various stakeholders; performing needs and/or assessment gap analysis to determine training needs; tracking work and schedules to ensure that work is completed with scheduling parameters and producing quality results in a fast paced and constantly changing program.

Required Skills

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Requires experience in digital network analysis, SIGINT, target development, and proficiency in customer-specific tools and databases
  • Military or DoD experience
  • Minimum of six (6) years in the use of adult learning theories, methods, strategies, best practices, and techniques of instructional curriculum development and evaluations to assist in the development and delivery of lessons utilized in multiple courses
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in curriculum development with documented experience in the development and delivery of instructor-led training, or 6 years of experience with a Master's degree related to ISD
