Microsoft 365 Endpoint Security Engineer Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to support the secure management, hardening and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments. This permanent role is suited to a hands on engineer with 3-5 years' experience across Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, vulnerability management, automation and modern workplace technologies.

Essential Tasks

• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune policies across Windows and macOS devices.
• Implement endpoint hardening controls including ASR rules, BitLocker and security baselines.
• Support vulnerability management, remediation workflows, patching and compliance reporting.
• Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API automation for reporting and remediation.

Key Criteria

• 3-5 years' experience in an M365, endpoint, SOE, or modern workplace role.
• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience with Tenable, Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, Autopilot, PowerShell and macOS hardening.
