With millions of dollars of brand-new move-in ready homes to sell, we are looking for top-notch professionals with the following skills and abilities:
Sales Experience - Must have recently demonstrated success in either Retail, Car Sales, Apartment Leasing, Hospitality or New Home sales.

Desire for personal development and to follow proven training program. Excellent communication skills with an ability to follow a proven sales path, manage objections and ask for the sale. Creative writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to write professional emails. Follow up daily with the ability to use the company CRM daily, with email, text, and phone to follow up make appointments and sales. Willingness to work weekends in a model home and be available for Grand Openings and Sales events.

Desire to maintain the model home(s) in pristine condition and maintain the company's high standards in the community with signage and appearance. Participate in Realtor outreach and help drive qualified sales traffic to make sales. Saturday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Earning potential ranges from $80,000 to $150,000+ per year based on performance, with unlimited potential due to our strong land positions and growing community pipeline across Louisiana.

Commission is paid on a tiered structure based on the sale price of each home. In addition to base commission, team members have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses.
