Attorney - Personal Injury/Construction Defect

• Position No. 1: JD CA Bar. Minimum 6+ yrs. of solid experience with* *Construction Defect cases at Insurance Defense firms. *
• Workplace*: Remote (_fully virtual_ _with in-person appearances as required_)
• Position No. 2*: *JD CA Bar, 5 yrs. of solid experience with Personal Injury, Construction Defect cases at Insurance Defense firms. *

• Must be an active member in good standing with the California Bar
• Must have solid academic credentials
• Courtroom, deposition, and mediation experience preferred
• Experience contributing to trial prep and strategy
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively - should be capable of handling cases of moderate exposure and/or complexity with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team atmosphere
• Technically savvy, knowledgeable of current software and document management programs used in litigation. Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Experience conducting or assisting with depositions and hearings
• Experience communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
• Requirements*: Bachelor’s degree required. Law school degree required, _and membership in good standing of the CA State Bar._
