Job Description

Business Analyst I
Primary Location: Spartanburg, SC
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Business Analyst I for our premier client Spartanburg, SC.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.
  • Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity & Access Management
  • (IAM) technologies.
  • Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
  • Assist with ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Postman and automated testing is preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale or global IT environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience with authentication platforms such as OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar solutions is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and automated test scripts using Postman.
  • Perform unit and integration testing and support automated testing and deployment processes.
