Senior Verification Engineer
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Verification Engineer to lead and execute complex verification activities for advanced digital hardware designs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, verification methodologies, and debug/coverage closure, along with the ability to work independently on technically challenging programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical challenges related to verification architecture, requirements, specifications, and design implementation.
  • Lead verification strategy development, including test planning, methodology definition, and execution.
  • Define key performance and quality metrics and establish processes to measure and track them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Support technical evaluations, design reviews, and engineering decision-making processes.
  • Develop innovative verification approaches to address future product requirements and design complexities.
  • Drive technology improvements and adoption of advanced verification methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship while working under general direction.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of verification experience, with a strong preference for 7+ years.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).
  • Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM-based verification environments.
  • Experience with:
    • Self-checking testbenches
    • Constrained-random verification methodologies
    • Verification planning and execution
    • Debugging and root-cause analysis
    • Functional and code coverage closure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital hardware design fundamentals.
  • Experience working on complex SoC, ASIC, or FPGA verification projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering robust, maintainable engineering solutions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative engineering environments.
