Required Skills

• Understanding of REST & SOAP Web Services and use of SoapUI and REST API clients
• BS or BA with emphasis in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
• 7–10 or more years of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, and other techniques.
• Perform data gathering, analysis, mapping, and visualization.
• Develop business cases, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with architects and developers.
• Estimate project effort and evaluate vendor releases.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
• Participate in technical solution design and peer reviews.
• Develop process models, diagrams, workflows, and requirement specifications.
• Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Analyze incidents and business impacts.
• Support business analysts and test analysts as needed.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 7–10+ years of related Business Systems Analysis experience.
