  • Migrate customer-facing content from SharePoint pages, lists, and libraries into Confluence.

  • Design and implement a structured Confluence library, including page hierarchies, templates, navigation, and labeling.

  • Standardize layouts in existing Confluence spaces and improve content searchability and findability.

  • Create mixed-media training and onboarding materials, including quick starts, how-tos, and reference sheets.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and maintain accurate technical content.

  • Apply documentation standards and governance to ensure consistency and ease of maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with documentation redesign, cleanup, or migration projects.

  • Excellent interviewing, organization, and content-structuring skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content on schedule.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency concepts.

  • Understanding of the relationship and flow from Policy to Standards, Processes, and Procedures.
