Job Description
We're seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Listing Agent who enjoys helping homeowners understand their options and make informed decisions when selling their property. With leads and qualified appointments from motivated sellers provided, you'll be able to focus on building strong relationships, offering expert guidance, and successfully closing transactions. In this role, you’ll help clients navigate both traditional home sales and alternative strategies, including acquisitions, assignments, novations, and other solutions when appropriate.

You’ll also be part of a supportive, motivated team with ongoing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to strengthen your skills, build your expertise, and advance your real estate career. Represent sellers throughout the listing and sales process, offering knowledgeable guidance, timely communication, and professional support. Active Virginia Real Estate License is required. Familiarity with creative real estate transaction strategies is a plus, along with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area. Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of managing responsibilities and priorities with minimal supervision. Comfortable working with clients on traditional property listings as well as alternative real estate solutions.
