The Role

• Constructing and erecting overhead power lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110-380 kV).
• Performing maintenance and repair work on German overhead line networks.
• Operating machinery and equipment in a skilled manner.
• Contributing to the successful implementation of climate protection objectives through energy transition projects.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a vocational training in a craft trade (e.g., roofing, masonry, carpentry, scaffolding, metalworking, or electrical installation).
• Acrophobia tolerance and physical fitness are essential, along with German language proficiency.
• Open to career changers with manual dexterity, even without prior formal training.
• Possess a Class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel extensively (weekly from Monday to Thursday, including overnight stays, with travel provided).
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and teamwork.
