We’re hiring motivated, energetic individuals for an entry-level Customer Service and Sales Representative position in Miami Gardens. This is a full-time, on-site role with no remote work available. You’ll engage with customers in retail locations, provide product solutions, support client goals, and receive full paid training. The role reports to the Account Manager and offers advancement opportunities in team leadership, sales management, training and coaching, and account management.

Responsibilities
Interact with customers in retail locations to provide product information and support. Help customers select solutions based on their needs. Deliver high-quality customer service and represent the brand professionally. Update customer profiles, track leads, and document interactions in Salesforce. Assist clients with increasing brand awareness and market reach. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Maintain availability for required weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and stay organized. High school diploma or equivalent. Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications
Customer service or sales experience.
