QA Tester

Role: QA Tester

Location: Issaquah, WA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Requirements:

• Work with the client SMEs, Dev team, PO, Test Leads for test planning, test case design and execution related to stories in scope for the project
• Involve in Test Planning activities Creation of Test cases, Test results, and Defect tracking in ALM.
• Execute Test Cases as a part of Test Execution Participate in Defect Triage meetings and status meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester / Test Analyst in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools for test case management and defect tracking.
• Solid understanding of test planning, test case design, and test execution methodologies.
• Experience working directly with cross-functional teams (SMEs, Developers, Product Owners, Test Leads).
• Familiarity with defect triage processes and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience testing enterprise-level applications preferred.
