Role Overview:

Seeking a hands-on AI Test Lead / Senior AI Tester with strong SDET/QE experience to support AI-driven application modernization, regression, integration, and security testing.

Must-Have Skills:

·         7–10 years of QA/SDET/Quality Engineering experience.

·         Strong SDET automation experience across API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing.

·         Hands-on AI-Assisted / Agentic Testing experience — using AI agents/tools for test generation, automation, coverage, or regression.

·         Strong system integration & regression testing experience, especially with legacy/incomplete test suites.

·         Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent.

·         Strong REST/API automation experience.

·         Working knowledge of Java/.NET, SQL/Databases, APIs, middleware.

·         Experience with authentication/authorization, preferably LDAP and Okta/token-based authentication.

·         Strong test strategy, defect RCA, risk-based testing, and CI/CD quality gates.

·         Ability to evaluate AI-generated test results using structured acceptance criteria and human validation.

·         Preferred: Xray/Jira, JUnit/TestNG, LLM evaluation/observability, performance/resilience testing.
