SEN / SEND Tutor | Telford, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £28 - £35 per hour

We are seeking dedicated SEN/SEND Tutors for an impact-driven community focused on transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Join us in providing vital support within schools and local authorities, offering flexible and rewarding opportunities.

The Role

• Deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 through flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and deliver engaging, tailored learning experiences.
• Provide regular feedback on student progress to stakeholders.
• Work within a child-centred organisation committed to raising educational standards for vulnerable learners.
• Opportunities for in-person, remote, and hybrid tutoring sessions.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching core subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating safe learning environments.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
