Job description

Presence is seeking a remote Digital Marketing & Web Developer based in Pennsylvania to design, build, and optimize client websites and campaigns. You will translate business goals into high-performing digital experiences, aligning UX, content, and technical implementation. Responsibilities include developing responsive sites, implementing SEO best practices, setting up analytics and tracking, and running tests to improve conversions. You'll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams in a creative, accountable, and learning-focused culture to deliver measurable growth for small and local business clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive client websites using modern web technologies
  • Implement on-page SEO and technical best practices to improve visibility and organic traffic
  • Configure analytics, tagging, and tracking to measure performance and user behavior
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to translate client goals into digital solutions
  • Execute A/B tests and conversion optimization initiatives based on data insights
